Development in Granite falls began about three years ago. The first filing of lots quickly sold out. Builders here include Canyon Creek Builders, Lopez Construction, J. Howell Custom Homebuilder, Canyon Vista Homes, and Algeria Homes. Each builder has their own, custom style to choose from.
Homes in Granite Falls are being custom-built with high-end finishes and modern architectural designs. They feature expansive floor plans averaging 2,200 to 3,000 square feet and offer spectacular views of the Colorado National Monument. It is conveniently located near trails, two golf courses, restaurants, and shopping. Schools for Granite Falls children are: Wingate Elementary, Redlands Middle, and Fruita High School.
Current price ranges for homes there are from the $600’s to $700’s. Some homes will be higher depending on size and finishes.
