June’s report shows the median estimated home value perched at $266,000, which is a little over 1% lower than the median estimated home value for Mesa County as a whole.
It’s also interesting to note that, while the median estimated home value is on an upward trend nationwide, Grand Junction’s median estimated home value has increased by 6.2% in the last 12 months, which is more than double the 2% increase seen elsewhere in the United States, and also higher than the 3.5% increase experienced by Colorado as a whole.
Meanwhile, list prices have increased 10.8% in the last 12 months, putting the median list price at $319,000, which is 1.56% lower than the median list price for Mesa County.
